Words for Simeone, Scaloni and Guardiola

After having declared that he receives constant calls from the Simeone family, the Argentine spoke about his new coach, whom he deeply admires:

"I'm really looking forward to meeting a great coach like Cholo. We're going to take things step by step and focus on Monday's game. I've spoken with Giuliano and Cholo and they've told me that they're going to help me to enhance my strengths and reinforce my weaknesses."

He also had a few words for his national team coach, admitting that "Scaloni always says that a player who gives his all and gives his all on the pitch is a great footballer." He said that Guardiola had "learned a lot during these two years" and that he was "very grateful for everything he taught me in Manchester."

Thanks to the club, teammates and fans

In addition to the club, his loved ones and the board, Julián also remembered the Atlético fans in his speech, thanking them for their unanimous support since his arrival:

"I have spoken with teammates such as Rodrigo De Paul, "Giuli" and Nahuel about the subject and Rodri Hernández congratulated me on the signing. First of all, I would like to thank the president, the technical staff and all the Atlético fans. Wednesday will be a great time to meet all the fans."
